Kamen Rider Build Episode 1 : These guys are a Best Match

A pretty informative episode.



Starting off with the Mars expedition that happened 10 years ago, which lead the discovery of the Pandora Box. The Pandora Box was brought to Earth and during a ceremony held celebrating the success of the mission, a person who seemed to be a security personnel, touched the box. This resulted in the box emitting a strong light, and the appearance of a wall, which divided Japan in three parts.The wall was later named Skywall. 






The three parts were named Hokuto, Seito and Touto, each of which play a different role. If you notice carefully, the first kanji in the name of each region symbolises a direction i.e. north in Hokuto, west in Seito and east in Touto. As of now the story seems to be taking place in Hokuto.





The main character of this series is Kiryu Sento aka Kamen Rider Build. Sento seemed to have a childish personality with a lot of knowledge (on physics mainly). He gets excited on events like seeing the Pandora Box, getting a new FullBottle etc. with each time his hair standing up (and the sound with it tho lol).
Not to mention he is a genius physicist too, he got a perfect score in the test for the research lab and even made a bike from a phone!!






The second character who caught my interest is Banjou Ryuuga. I kind of felt bad when he sat down, upset as no one believes him. He was sentenced to jail because it was said that he killed someone named Katsuragi Takumi, a researcher who used to work in the same lab as Sento. Though he denies to have done it. He is also a natural stupid, which was proven when Sento mentioned that his fly is open since the beginning lol.







The one common thing between Sento and Banjou is that both of them underwent some sort of human experimentation. The way it was done seemed pretty cruel actually. The Bat man also seemed interesting, hoping to know about him soon.





The other characters were Himuro Gentoku, the Prime Minister's aide who actually seemed pretty arrogant. Also Utsumi Nariaki, Gentoku's assistant, who in particular didn't fascinate me much. Next was Takigawa Sawa, a freelance journalist covering news related to the Smash i.e. the monster and Kamen Rider. Can anyone miss the scene when Gentoku asked her to a hotel!! lol





Isurugi Misora was probably the most cutest character. She has some mysterious power which see uses to purify the Smash essences Build collects into a new FullBottle in a FRIDGE/MICROWAVE!!
Isurugi Souichi seemed to be another funny character who found Sento after he lost his memories and demands rent from him!!




The henshin and fight was great!! Sento seems to be pretty confident in his abilities, and the trajectory-ish final kick was AWESOME!!






Overall the episode was pretty good and they rode a freaking wall in a bike!!

Additional information :
People present during the Skywall incident had their personality altered.


A bald guy injected Banjou before taking him for experimentation.


Smash are actually humans who are turned to monsters. After defeating a Smash, the human doesn't remember the incident anymore.


Sento has amnesia. Apparently he was found by Soichi.

The anime which has been ruling the hearts of millions since the last two decades! This was one of the best introductory episodes I've ever seen in anime! The story starts as we get introduced to the first pirate group, with the captain being the Iron Club Alvida. It was really nice to see a female captain. The character design was interesting, and the jokes on it as well. Luffy's first appearance was really amazing and hilarious. It really left me laughing out loud! His powers were awesome too! The devil fruits and its rarity also got explained a little. Luffy proclaiming that he WILL be the King of Pirates and his spirit of chasing his dream no matter what left a really good impression on me. He is charismatic and free spirited. One Piece Episode 4 : Luffy's past! Introducing Red-haired Shanks!

A pretty amazing episode if you ask me. The best part was definitely Luffy's flashback.  We see a pirate named Shanks with red hair making a halt at Luffy's village. Luffy's seems to be very fond of them, he even visits the pub together, although mostly people think pirates are bad people. Shanks's group also seems to be very fond of Luffy, although initially they laughed at Luffy's wish to become a pirate. The antagonist of this episode was the group of Mountain Bandits. They as far as spilled beer on Shanks just because they didn't get any beer themselves. Luffy became very angry when neither Shanks nor any other member from his group fought back, though Shanks said that all the Bandit did was just spill some beer. Out of his anger, Luffy ate the Gomu Gomu No Mi, which made him Rubberman and thus never being able to swim again. The next time the Bandits came to the bar and make fun of the pirates, Luffy fought back, which let him being abducted by the bandits....
